Tires for TCS ?
For the TCS Racers out there:
What sedan tires are available now...A, B, B2, B3. Last time I raced TCS, I could buy B's off the shelf and now I can't find them anywhere.
Any info on insert/ tire combos for outdoor asphalt in 75 to 85 deg temps would be appreciated.
thanks for any info.

Both are very accessable online or at certain hobby stores in Cali.
Medium inserts seem to work on both.

Getting a little bit of money back from Uncle Sam...think im gonna get one of these to back up my Xray 05 .....only cuz where I live it seems nobody stocks Tamiya parts.
I was thinking about getting the 3Racing chassis or Xenon Chassis, the flourine coated shocks to start.
Any advice or preferences on the 3racing or xenon chassis? Which one is better ? and why?
Btw ...i run at a track with medium bite ozite carpet. Track changes from time to time.

Ran the TA05 today in 19t. Car was heavy at 1544g race ready. IB3800 with Komoto Dragon 19t. Carbon tub and components. Ti scews. Tamiya spool with Techracing 18t center pully. Aluminum suspension mounts with LW suspension with aluminum rear hubs and aluminum steering knuckles. Aluminum tierods and Ti steering tierods. Futaba s9550 servo, Spektrum rx, KO esc. And blah blah blah... hehe... I think if I took out the Techracing pully and maybe used Delrin white/black outdrives on the spool... I could save some weight. Also the 19t weighs more than a stock due to the full stack.
Anyways, car was decent in 19t. But I think the setup might be better for stock. I'll try it again next weekend in stock class. Car held up though. Can't wait to race it again!
