Mainly just for nitro or for show.
For electric they are too heavy. Even for nitro they are too heavy.
Most of the guys I now only use them for bashing on Trucks or for the bling factor.

i had a set of hardcore racing rims. they bend super easy, and really arent for racing. Only thing they are good for is to show off your ride.

No positives

They look bad when scraped
Bend and the whole set is ruined

I have a question and I'm not trying to offend anyone, but what the hell is the point of a "shelf queen" RC Car? If you want something to look good and sit on a shelf, buy a diecast. They're a lot cheaper Sorry, I just don't get it.

+1

diecast... all show and no go

Aluminium wheels - maybe good for drifters where all out performance doesnt matter, just good drifting and realistic looking cars

Where love my diecast cars, they're not in the same show as my RC shelf Queens,I guess it like late model racing is fun to watch their not F1 racing or level
