Use an engineering putty rather than cleaning putty and you won't have any issues with consistency.

Motor Fan Position: Which method have you guys found to be most effective, to have the fan in front of the motor (next to ESC) blowing air onto the motor, or behind the motor blowing air onto or away from the motor?

Most layouts I've seen have the fan behind the motor, blowing air on the motor.

I've been thinking that aerodynamically it would be most effective in front blowing air onto the motor/heatsink as the car is moving forward with air being induced into the fan from under the body making the fan turn even faster for more air. I would seem that the motor would be even cooler by at least 3 or more degrees.

That is how I currently have my T3'12 setup.

I could never keep ECS's in my 11 before gear diff's. Fitted a gear diff in my 12 in the front with 300k and never looked back. Even run it outdoors the ECS's last and don't wear that much.
Defo a game changer for me.

Don't get to hung up on the length of the shocks. Just make sure the ball is not bound up as winding the shock end in too far will bind it up. Find a good position for the shock end and match the rest of the shocks to that.
Make sure the balls all move freely in the shock ends. This is very important.
