Neu 1515 1.5D 2700kv is a great motor for these cars IMO. On 4s its sick , big torque can like the castle 2200 but with higher kv than the smaller speedy 2650. On 6s it will get 67,000kv but wont get there from wind resistance etc, perfect for speed runs. Im using a Mamba Monster... I'd love mgm, lehner etc but out of my price here in the USA

I have copied the parts lists from the manuals of the 811-be, GT-e, and GT Nitro into an excel speadsheet. So far no unique parts on the GT-e that cant be found on the 811 or the nitro. I messed around last night color coding the common parts. I made it through the shocks section. Anyone on here good with excel? I am pretty sure someone smarter than me could set the conditional logic so that if a specific value (ie part number appeared in all 3 columns it would shade those cells blue for example. Or if a value only appeared in column A (811-be) and B (GT-e) color those cells red. Or B anc C the cell would be green. It will make it very easy at a glance to see what is common to what. Only about 20% done and doing it manually is taking forever.
I could put what I have done so far up on google docs and share it so everyone can see it. Site wont let me post links yet so I could PM the link and that person could post it up here. |

Anything new on the GTe? Anyone know where we can preorder them or are we not to that yet? Will Amain carry them (love their cheap next day air :sneaky: ). Im pretty excited to see these let alone own one. Anyone have an idea on price?
|
ok so from what I have done it will cost about 280-290.00 USD to convert the car I don't know if buying the buggy then converting it would be a good idea, unless you already have a buggy like I do:cry:. I think for me that will work because I don't think I'll run it buggy form.
Do any of you guys know how much the car will be yet? |
I think the price will be comparable with the nitro version. As between the 811e and nitro. 290USD, is that true?
The shocks are the most expensive parts. But after that? |
