Wider front will reduce traction roll as it gives less steering. The feeling with more toe out angled front arms gives is more planted and can is faster indoors on carpet when traction is higher. That setup is recommended for all carpet tracks unless it's a really small track with low speed.

On the BD7 i liked the diffs in low position as it gives me a better feeling. But some others might like them in high position.

First time running the 2016 on asphalt and boy did it lack rotation and initial steering. I couldn't get the thing to rotate even after some drastic roll center changes along with narrowing up the wheel base. I was running the short shocks, short shock towers, and the lower CG bulkheads.

Check out the setup sheet. Would love some feedback.

almost everything outside the chassis is compatible, arms, knuckles, bumper mount, axles.

Stuff in the middle that will work are the servo mount, steering wipers, diff carrier, center weight, toe blocks, sway bars, but the rest are all different. Motor mounts, bulkheads, shock towers, diffs, belts are different and specific to the year.

top deck will work but motor mount hole is different.

Not sure if i missed out anything else, but that's the most of it.

What option is better, the RTC system on the rear or the Samix suspension mounts?

This will be for a BD7 2016.

I think your issue is too little droop. The standard droop setting on touring cars is 5mm in front and 6mm in the rear, +/-1mm. Without enough droop, your car can't transfer weight easily.

Also, your rear suspension mounts will result in about 2.1degrees rear toe, not 3.0. This is actually helping your car turn more aggressively, but may make the car too loose after adjusting droop.

If you are looking for more customization of track width and toe angles, I would go for the BD8's suspension mounts over Samix. You get a lot more options.

Personally, I'm staying away from the RTC system until I become more familiar with how static setups affect car handling.
