Is everything else still optional like dcj, floating servo mount, carbon bumper brace?

You mean bulkheads, chassis, shock towers and motor mount? That's four items. About 200$ tops. Most people spent more than that buying all sorts of aftermarket conversion kits for their cars with the 2013 and 2014 (aluminium chassis, short shocks conversions, etc).

Meh. Not much in it. Get the current car and if need be you can buy each item on its own if/when needed.

If you buy from europe they will not charge you tax since they are "exporting" the kit.
