Hey guys, Im one of Tommy R's friends, the one who took out the FOW and lowered CS. After driving with and without the FOW I can certainly see the benefits of using it, and plan to put it back in once Ive gotta handle on CS drifting. I had an old HPI Cyclone 16t pulley that I found and luckily it fit perfectly on the center shaft. All I had to do was drill out a hole in the collar for the spring pin, raise the bulk head bearing housing up 7mm with spacers and put the rear belt tension bearing at its highest position. CS ratio is now 56% and much more manageble.

One thing that I'm picking up on is that perhaps I'm using too much steering. I have a very fast servo so that's not the problem. But maybe I'm trying to use too much steering to execute the transitions when I should be more focused on the throttle control. I've tried a variety of throttle control scenarios, but one thing that's been consistent is that I believe I've always used quite a bit of steering. Maybe I should try toning that down some...

I finally got a center belt tensioner.

Aesthetically speaking, I could've done without the added "thorns", but I guess that's their thing.
