Dumb question but what goes in the screw heads? Is it hard to get back out after the race?

usually its a really ugly color paint, it more of seals the screw to the motor housing, not just fill up the head. Then if the screw is taken out it will be obvious because the paint in the head will be scraped out partially and the paint seal between the screw and endbell will be broken.

Its nothing that will permanantly affect the motor
