You really do not need or want Aluminum C-Hubs. What you need to do is ensure that the steering blocks do not hit the c-hubs during a side impact. I was really struggling with this car when I first got it, I was breaking C-hubs almost every run. But after I spent some time making sure that the steering blocks do not hit the C-hubs at full lock my issues went away 100%. One of the things that you can do is grind off the steering stop that is on the inside of the arm of the steering block. This will help to decrease breakage a lot.

What I was finding is that during an impact the steering block stop would hit the side of the C-Hub and split the C-hub in half. It is all about steering throw and preventing both pieces from touching during an impact.

I really hope this helps...PM me if you want more info!

I gave all those hubs away when I sold my car. You could make a neckless with them Alum rear hubs or the Tamiya hubs solved that problem.

Alum Rear hubs did not fix my rear toe issue at all!!!!!

I believe its a lower deck screw hole position issue.

Have any of you guys had any problem with new swaybar system?

I ran my cyclone TC for the first time. I know this sounds silly, but both the swaybar links in the front were disconected by the end of the run. No majors crashes.

I cant figure why this is hapening. As anybody had the same problem?

Yes that is a common problem, that's why most of the team drivers are using the old ones. They also seem to bind a little more (even after heating it with a ligther).

upgrade to the aluminum sway bar holder will most likely solve your problem.

so basically... the new swaybar system is deficient... the A-arms are more fragile... er... do I really want to abandon my pro-diff equipped Hara Ed?

I think not. Time to do a third season with it yeeeeehhhaaaaaa!

Then you're problem might be chassis related. The alum hubs worked for me. Any chance one of your buddies has a spare chassis for you to see if that corrects the problem before you go out and spend money on a new one?

Hey all. I just raced last night with this new CNC Machined brushless motor cooling system. It works far better than anything I have tried out yet. I bought it from Norrie Industries Inc. www.norrieindustries.com

That looks like a Novak motor in your car. They run much cooler just by taking of the center purple ring. Let us know hom much cooler that heat sink keeps the motor. Good luck and happy racing.
