Try these links for battery charging settings if you're running GP3300s. They should help.

Just got my 2 APS chargers in... they look great and are easy to setup, but like everyone else has said... the ergonomics on the buttons is horrible. They are very hard to push in. I almost have to use my fingernail to push in the buttons. Hopefully they will get better in a few months of use...

Mine have broken in a bit and have been easier to work with lately.

APS Dyno Charge Problem
Anyone had any problems with the unit yet? I just got mine, hooked up a motor and it spooled up instantly. I charged a battery and now the motor won't spin at all. Any ideas?
|
No problems yet but if people like custom looks for theirs Tre's Leonard will have the APS face plates very soon....I sent in mine so he could get the exact measurements. Here is the proof pictrure so far..Just adding ProMatch to the face plate.

Will that costom faceplate replace the old one? If it does it could help with those stiff buttons.

Re: well?
it all depends on if you want to charge lipo's or not.i think is the big diff. beteen the two.if your not going to charge lipo's i think id take the dyno charge over the ice
Originally posted by stumper I was wondering about this charger too. Would this better a buy over the Ice ? Its $20 more so its in the same arena but just doesnt have the cycle feature. (I know, only 10 amps) and the ice doesnt have a motor checker. So how do you weight the importance of the two seperate features that each charger has. Ice - cycles at only 10 amps APS - motor checker . |
"3 stage charging numbers"
is it safe to say that the "numbers" that several people have posted on the 3 stage method of charging batteries is "universal" no matter what charger you are using (i.e.-Frontline, Record Breaker, Orion???????)
I understand that you can try these settingas and see for yourself, but IT DOES matter what maH your batteries "are" (correct?) (3300, 3600, 3700........) I have an Orion Advantage on it's way, and I was looking for a "starting" charging mode for Pro-Match 3300's (@ 1.175-1.179's) hope ya'll can help me.....:tire: :tire: :tire: :tire: :tire: :tire: :tire: |

OK Guys Tre's Leonard is now selling your very own custom face plates for the APS here is the picture of mine on the charger.
Yes it does look sweet, even nicer in person. -Stephen <>< http://www.tresleonard.com/ |
