If that guy driving the black camaro in the main could have stayed off the pipes a time or two, he may have had the win
For those of you watching/reading, the FSEARA series is a state level series and the VTA class runs under ROAR rules as does all the other classes. I TQ'd this race in VTA with a ROAR compliant car, Trinity D3.5, 7200mah, 1450g......and had to change cars and finished 2nd with a fully VTA compliant car. However, my Novak 25.5 runs pretty well especially on big tracks such as this.

I might have to explain to the wife if we ever visit France. She will wonder why I'm bringing my car. It's for the door prizes honey.

With our track we applied a layer of that black concrete sealer ( asphalt based ) across the entire track. Traction is never a problem to begin with, and it just gets better as the sun heats it up. With the sealer no additional substances has ever needed to be applied. Yes it was a decently large investment, but it made the surface smoother as it filled in alot of the imperfections along with a consistant traction level every race.
If you can find a parking lot that has that on it, most likely you will not have to apply any additional traction additives before racing.
