I am still using the stock arms, but would like to try the Med arms as I think the stock arms are too hard, making it brittle. I believe Tamiya's 417 arms fit too.
Stock arms is the best for outdoor asphalt, softer arm made the car lazy

Hi haura415,

What kind of performance changes have you noticed over the standard setup?
Are you running on carpet or asphalt?

Thanks.

Does anybody have a fan mount or center inline battery mount you'd be interested in selling?

If so, shoot me a PM.

I am looking for these parts as well but do not seem them on the CRC site:

VBC-0069 Aluminum fan mount
VBC-1255 Ti-Nitride shafts and teflon pistons
VBC-0070 Center inline adjustable battery mount
Type " VBC parts " in the product search bar. The full list of VBC parts will come up.

They added some of the parts I needed last weekend.

Hopefully they add photos for all of their products and short descriptions of the products.

Yes it kind of stinks they don't have pictures next to each description. Searching for parts would be a lot quicker with all the pics.

Just want to give praise to this car. I ran onroad for the first time today and I won my first heat with the vbc wildfire. I was on track to win the main with a good lead after the first few laps when I got tangled up in a crash that ejected my esc. I just built the car yesterday so I think I should have preped the surface a bit better and I would have won with relative ease. This car has such great corner speed it was really easy to put down good laps. I used Mr. Johnsons setup as a starting point with slightly different shock oil setuo and it was sooo easy to drive (thank you!).

I'm officially hooked on racing onroad now. I was starting to get a little bored with offroad and this was just what I needed. Now if our local club could only meet a few times a month rather than just once, I will be stoked

So happy I bought a vbc wildfire. If anyone is thinking about it, do it!!

Great to here that worked for you!!! The car has very good corner speed with that setup!!!! Sorry I haven't been on here much, real busy. ( testing the Vbc f1 car at uf1 series and running the Canadian nats). Now the latest from Vbc, I've been working on "the ghost" first touring car from Vbc made for VTA!!!!!!!!
