This is a truly well designed and engineered product.

The Pro-Trak ICS Unit yielded my batts similar results yet higher #'s... - JB
The Spintec charger does seem promising.

I'm happy to see that Tyree Phillips (Werks Racing, formerly team manager of Novak) is now also using the Battery Manager!

Hi Erik,

Got a query for you. I have finally managed to get my battery manager and have sent a few packs through it and i have discovered the following queries:

1) why do packs that have longer runtimes sometimes have lower capacity than those that have shorter runtime

2) the energy value for my oldest pack (3300) was much much higher than a 4 cycle old 35amp smc race pack both 3600/3300.

I will be testing the packs tomorrow and see if the manager had any effects.

A great product, can hardly wait for the charger

Cheers

Hello Viper1,
1. That's not possible, runtime and capacity have a fixed relation to each other (as capacity = time x current, and current is constant).
2. Also this seems very unlikely to me.
Please double check if you really get those results. If so, there is something wrong with your unit and you should go back to your shop to replace it.

Let me know if I can do anything for you in this ([email protected]).

The ICC will probably take another 4-5 weeks for sure.
Due to subcontractors and heir deliverytime.

At least that's what a li'l birdy told me...
