Mark, thanks for the tips. Dom, too. Novak is good equipment... I am sure that something went wrong, but I bet the Mike wont forget it anytime soon. I am getting ready to pull the trigger on a brushless system, I just want to make sure that I am not buying something that has issues.

I am pretty excited about the response that I am getting nationally and locally right now about the new car coming out. I am putting in long days at the new shop working on molds and new parts. Some can not wait and are requesting 2.2's. And that's not a big deal right now as I am including the new steering stops with those cars. But hang tight, I should have test 2.3 chassis as soon as next week.

Please feel free to add any more comments about the new brushless systems that are available. I am all ears!

Brian let me know when you want to come down to SIR for some testing. The evening is on me. We want to get the 1/12 class up and running sooner than later.

Hey Brian,

So your shop, is it upstairs at Debbie's (RainCity)? That's cool.

I'm in for a 2.3 chassis.

Can anyone list all of the necessary parts needed to complete the car? I'd like to get a move collecting everything I will need to get the chassis up and running.

What a cool piece of craftsmanship.

What I will try to do is make up a doc of the parts list, that I can paste into an email. I have my favorite parts that I use, but several other manufactures parts will build this car up. You just need to pay attention to what the end result is supposed to be.

Corrallyman: yep... the test track will be a mere flight of steps away from the shop. I really need to get the car onto the asphalt tracks at SIR and Peel-it. It's time for me to learn that side of 12th scales.

I spent all day working on molds once agian. That will be the same drill for several more days. I also fitted up the new steering stops onto the 2.2. Plus I have a 2.2 that I am trying to get out the door.

If anyone has a 2.2 and wants the steering stops, just let me know. You will have to drill two holes to mount them, but they will save the insides of your wheels.

You can't have everything first.

Steve,
I got to catch up with Dave little bit at the Fuel Challenge. Although it was not quality time. Ron's got a wife and kids! Who would of thought?

I have a tight weekend, a mold the took a turn for the worse and list of b/o's pilling up. We are supposed to have a season finale on Sunday, but I think that I would be better off with some water skies. I don't even own a battery, so unless Eddie lets me push the car around the track, I wont be doing any running anytime soon. If I get washed out Sunday, I might try to make it up there.

my ms2.2 is on the way. can hardly wait to get it to the track. you couldn't ask for a better guy to buy a car from. Brian is a super cool guy and very knowledgable in chassis design and setup. each car is cared for by hand. you can tell he puts alot of effort into each one. people with italian sports cars pay big money for that. i figure i am getting off pretty cheap.

Brian,

If you come we have battery, like about 1500 cells. Motors too. We would love to see it run.
