I realise that one thing that affects the way the tracks are designed and explains some of the differences is the size of the tracks (track area). In Europe we usually race on much bigger tracks with a lot more open space compared to the track in the USA. Still I would think drivers would prefer a track with both boards (where they are needed) and curbs.

Anyway, here are a few example's of European carpet race tracks:

DHI Cup track:

LRP TCM track:

Does anyone out there know what the corners are made out of at the US Indoor Champs? I remember Scotty having something similar at the Novak race last year. Also does anyone know where to get this? Thanks.

A bit of news....not sure if it has been posted....

But....EVERY driver, including the top Losi guys have ditched the Spektrum. From what I have been told, it was Glitching people at Halo and while a few stuck with it here, they have since ditched it also.....

Hopefully Horizon figures it out, as it would be a shame if this system did not live up to its potential.

XXXDAVE- You can go to the thread on Josh Cyrul's track in the racing section. It was discussed at length in that thread. What it is, and where to get it kinda thing.

Default Spektrum problems??

What transmitters were most of those driver using? Francis, Kinwald and others are using the M8. Is it mainly the M8?

Are they having problems with the KO, 3PK, JR and others??

At the IFMAR worlds not a lot was said of any problems there!
