Well I'll started with my typical tire setup of pre-monted Take-Offs C27's. Then since Losi is nice enough to include them, I'll stick some C22's on the included Losi wheels for the early season cool weather next year.

And since, again, Losi is one of the few companies who still believe in including extras with their kits, the first body I'll try on it will be the included Skoda body. And if I don't like it, or more likely just get the urge to paint some more, I'll paint up a Mazda 6 for it.

Default Quick question for experienced Losi runners...

Hey, I'll be new to Losi's cars, what size hex/nut drivers does Losi cars usually use.

I'm kinda partial to the Thorp/MIP or Losi drivers, so I don't need brand reccomendations, just throw me some sizes of what I'll likely need to work on the car.

Heres what I have on hand already from my years with...well just about every type of kit except Losi:

Hex drivers
5/64"
3/32"
1/16"
.050"

1.5mm
2.0mm
2.5mm

Nut drivers
none
zip
nadda
-I've always used the four sided wrenches that come with every kit, but just incase I get the urge to upgrade, hit me with some sizes. Especially the size for those funky sized wheel nuts Losi uses.

Thanks

Default nut drivers

11/32"
1/4"
3/16"

Associated and Hudy make nice complete sets for about $40 plus I think those sets also come with 2 commonly used metric drivers as well.

I think this car is going to be awesome on carpet, and we will all find out next week at Cleveland. I know Dirt, MF, Dumas, Andrew Gray and Todge will all be there running the new car.
