Just throw them on the car. As for oil/piston changes. For asphalt I run 40wt with 56 piston on front and rear with 15lb springs on the front and 10lb springs on the rear. On carpet with foam tires I use 50wt with 56 pistons with 30 to 35lb spring on the front with 20lb spring on the rear.

The car was working great and carried lots of speed through the corners. I am running almost the same setup as I have posted before, I am now running the new arms and with these have changed the front springs to 30lbs. The only non stock part of my car is the rear shock tower mounted to the back of the front bulkhead. I cut off the camber link holes on the front shock tower and cut off the shock mount holes on the rear tower and just use the camber links from the rear tower. I used hole #7 for the front camber link.
Good Job!!!

I was at a very bumpy track on sunday, where it used to be a off road track, and decided to asphalt it but then decided to cover it agian a couple of years later but apparently it has made it worse (more bumps). I broke something in every round
In the shocks that came with the car they have a white ring above the bladder do I remove this o/ring, as it seems to stop the piston from its full travel, and would assume this is not needed for a bumpy track, any other tips? ie droop as I ran with maxmum droop with 40 weight iol and 17.5 front springs and 12.5 rears car was not bad, but had a lot of glitching along the back straight

You must not have checked out my rear motor car... nothin to really trick out like that, but all the edges (inner, and outer) were rounded, sanded, and sealed... looks super dialed.
