Ray, it's rated to handle 7 cells...but I would be careful running an 8 turn like that.... if you feel you must have a go at it gear the motor down a few teeth from what you would normally run it...and keep an eye on the temp on the ESC

STRONGBADIA on NPR
Perhaps I am making a gross generalization by assuming that there just aren't too many of you out there that are active listeners to the world of National Public Radio. HOWEVER, it should be mentioned that one of my long time hero's was recognized last night, in a FEATURE story on NPR's "Weekend All Things Considered".
"Who is one of your 'all time hero's, J.'?" you ask.
None other than STRONGBAD, that super awesome creation of the Chapman Brothers of Atlanta, GA! That's right everyone, Strongbad, Homestar, et al were featured on a great NPR piece last night, which reviewed the history and growth of the characters, the variety of the audience and the motivations of the creators....and, of course, multiple STRONG BAD sound bites on NPR, including, an excerpt from the metal classic, "Trogdor, the Burninator".
Those of you so inclined can enjoy the broadcast here-

Enjoy, and don't e"ver say I didn't do nothing for the peeps!"
