I've got questions about that motor you had in your car Sunday but I know you won't answer them.

Ok here goes....when does the 3.5R come put? All kidding aside, can the older Smart Tray be sent in for an upgrade to the SE?

Jon-- The motor I have been running lately and what was in my car on Sunday was a 4.5 turn motor... nothing all that different from what you can buy really

Tony-- Um... who knows about faster motors

And as far as the smart tray question goes... I really don't know what our plans for that are at the moment... you would be better served by directing your question towards charlie either via email at [email protected] or by giving him a call in the shop at 949-833-8873!

Dang for real? Are you renting/leasing a place? Is the lease in your name/roommate's name or both?

The lease ran out and we are now month to month... I don't think he ever even signed the lease to begin with.

Depends..... How well do you like the place?

If there are better options, then move out. Otherwise kick his sorry a$$ out. You know, like throw all his stuff out in the street.

P.S. Where a big set of boots.

Then again, if he is a complete punk, then you will have to worry about him slashing your tires or something stupid.

Steve-if your names on the lease then he has to go...if not leave and let him figure out how to pay.....or just kick his arse....that usually works

Yep, if your name is on the lease then he does have to go ...you can actually call the police and have him removed (long story, but been there) ...just you got to then deal with any "repercussions". If you are both on the lease or his name only is on it, you're kind of "stuck", but it you are now month to month, you can just up and leave after the month is up and let him deal with it.
