i have to true some rubber off the side that mounts to the hub on TRCs wheels. the Jacos and CRCs are flush in that area, have not seen or tried the new Parma wheels.

Parma rear wheels have about the same offset as TRC's. I'm not sure why you would want to narrow the tire since that would give you less rubber on the track. Why don't you just space the hub out a bit?

Thats never good.

I've got the new chassis and preped the car for Cleveland. I'm going to do a couple of test runs next week just to work out ony bugs.

Now if my Schumacher parts would get here I could start testing the TC

the TRC's were wider (new out of the box) than the CRC/Jacos i was running. the 1/16" off the inside didn't make a difference.
i did try spacing the rear out at first and after adding spacers to the left side to prevent rubbing ....i had to add to the spur gear side a few also to even it out and accelerate without it pulling to the side. when i drove it the rear of the car now seemed over planted, maybe due to the increased rear width? so i went back to the original width and cut the inside of my wheels to match

curious about the plastic Parma used? i switched from the other brands because their rims were more prone to chipping and cracking.

.

adam maybe we can get doug to venture into the touring car world and make Mi2 chassis parts!

Hey doug sorry we let the thread go to the third page! I havent been posting much I just moved and got the DSL running.
I cant wait for cleveland , doug , adam , and I will be representing PRC at the race.
If there are any other quad 12 drivers attending the race let us know so we can get a get together on one of the nights and have a team dinner!

I have my car apart going over everything hopefully we can get a couple cars in the main for the team!

Default Cleveland Rocks

I've got the 1/12 ready to rip. The only thing that should keep me out of the A this year is if I have issues making run time.

Hector- PW hooked me up with the Schuie stuff. It should be here on Mon. and I'll start rebuilding the Mi2.

I took the 12 scale apart and redid the front end the rear end was fresh already.
once I put a few packs through the car I will rebuild it before qualifiying!

PW is the best anyone that buys a schumacher will discover what real customer service is! Which is an atribute Doug has aswelll so who ever runs these two cars will enjoy a good product!
