Whats wrong with it?

Most are using either CRC or speedmerchant tubes..

I'm using the speedmerchant ones because they are lighter than the crc ones. Fill them with corally red for low bite and corally blue for high bite.

I switched to the CRC's and am very pleased with them. I need the extra weight other wise the thing would take flight!

can anyone tell me what kind i have?
lol

It's because i need to do so much replacing with the car.
Main chassis, rear diff, motormount, dampening tube and a new shock...

I am wondering if i should sell it, and buy another car or just keep this one.

Super Steve,
You have CRC tubes on your car. They work well. Hang onto them.
Why do you think you need to replace so many parts on the car?

From what I can see the car looks fine. Unless thats an ole pic and you had a very nasty werck.

As for replacing the motorplates, I would keep the ones you have on there now. They don't allow you to run really small tires but they are light which is great for stock.

The diff can be rebuilt with new rings and balls.

As far as the tubes and shock go just refill the oil in there. It leaks out over time so its probably not broke or any thing. You just need to do bacic matinance.

I refill my tubes every 3 runs and the shock every 5 runs.

Hope this helps and saves you a lot of money.

one of the tube is dented so it doesn't really have the same dampening "feel" as the other one. one of theholes in the motor mount is stripped. The chassis has a chip infront of the bodypost mount. Also, the guy who sold the car used dremel or something to sand the chassis instead of sandpaper so all the battery slots are done HORORBLY. As for the shock, I am not sure if the threading on the nut is bad or the threading on the shock is bad, but the adjuastment nut keeps coming off. For the differential, I don't have the right collet so I have to use like 7 axle shims instead and it's the older one with screw-on lefthub which ends up falling in the end, no matter how tight i jam it with a nylon nut.

I think I will replace these parts one by one.

clint--Let me know as soon as that set up sheet is ready. I have found the sweeeeetest set up for the car. I was able to rip off really fast laps for 8min straight with ease. Its almost oppsite of what you would expect for a med-high bite carpet track.
