I bought a set of the RSD AE bladders to try on my T3 '12. Install went fine. I had some air in the shocks the first time I built them like I used to with the Xray bladders, but an adjustment to how I bled them left them feeling just right. Ill get a chance to run them in Mod on carpet this week. Thanks for the cool stuff you make CT.

Thanks Andrew! XRAY T3 items are in the pipeline... We are starting on the DCJ project as we speak. We will also make them for the TOP Photon line of cars. They are very similar to our current TC6 DCJ's and all we need to change is the bone slightly.
If you have any ideas or desires/requests for products, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Again, if anyone that follows our thread thinks about something they want made, we can always explore the possibility.
What we have on the docket:
-RSD6 and TC6 Top deck(s)
-TC6 DCJ Aluminum 7075 T6 Hard Anodized Caster Blocks
-10mm Machined Delrin Shock pistons for AE Shocks: We have a couple of different hole patterns and piston types in development at the moment.
-10mm machined delrin pistons for TOP shocks.
-TC6.1 Hardened Steel- non blade type spool cups
-4mm axle hex hubs (to narrow the front of the TC6/RSD6) while reducing scrub for increased steering response.

Good news and Bad News
Hey guys! We have good news and bad news.
The good news is that the chassis are in. The bad news is that the left servo posts are not threaded.
So this will/ can cause delays to the delivery of the chassis. None of the RSD black bellcranks got threaded either.
So this is the deal, if you were in the first batch, and you want your chassis shipped without the servo holder, we can do this. Please email us at the store. Whenever the threaded versions come back within a week or so, we will ship out the remaining items.
I will come back and let you guys know what order number is the cut-off for the blue bell cranks.
FWIW, the AE 12R5 Servo posts will work with a 1mm shim in front of them on the chassis conversions. This is how we prototyped them, 1 set will do 2 chassis.

Whats the different between the blue/black bellcranks? I assume the blue was the first orders and black the second wave? I can make due on my servo post so I think I wanna take delivery on my chassis if I have one that is shippable.
Order #RX5250
I will email to the store per the instructions once you post the cutoff.

Tim, you are well within the cut-off, the cut off is order RX5340. The blue bell crank is from first wave of pre-orders, the second wave is black and has 1 small change where the ball end attaches to the steering bridge.
I will find out later tonight when I can get the remaining items from the factory. They are usually pretty fast to correct errors, so no more than 2 weeks is my guess. I will have some threaded servo posts by the end of the week to fill all the blue bell crank cars, but the second wave will be delayed a bit.

The re-build kits are currently being made. However the pin is a 1.5mm pin, the same as XRAY ones.
Make sure that when you tighten the set-screw, you are using a high quality driver. Also make sure that you allow the loctite to cure for best results. For the ultimate solution you can notch the pin and/or use some heat shrink on the DCJ.
Of all the things above, I only use the loctite method, with a quality, big handle driver in order to torque the set-screw sufficiently so that they don't come out.
The only pin I have lost was when I did not use loctite when I first tested the production versions. After I did, I used some loctite and the failure has not come back.

Are there negative offset wheel hexes for the tc6?
