also you can make your own 4 bearing one way if you get all of the bearings out ....
BTW
the standard one way has 2 bearing and 4 bushings!!
..it's a real paint to get them out..just make sure you heat up the one way to get the bearings out( oven) and use a really slick lubricant......WD40 or Breakfree-Dave

Anyone know a good way to do rebuild the shocks using that bleed screw? I either put too much oil in, or I think I'm doing it right, but the shock does not rebound. Help me out guys!!! Thanks.

Sorry not much help, if any-one has any better suggestions it would be nice to hear them.
BTW Dave, when you get home could you post the size of the one-way bearings?

well they are quite good.... you just need to over fill them from the top and then put a little bit of oil in the cap then gradually bleed from the screw untill you get the desired rebound you want...
