I'll do that....(does the bumper clear fine under Mazda6 "skin"????(or does it need trimming?????

Hey guys, I just got a TC4, and I'm have a question regarding steps 2, 4, 6, and 8 in Bag D - Suspension. It says to use the 4-40 x 3/8' screws which are part number 9292 in order to screw in all of the arm mounts and shims. However the there were 8 longer screws included in this bag. Not the shorter ones that are pictured in the manual. Did anyone else have this same issue or notice that the manual might be incorrect? I do not know the part number or lenght of the screws that were included in the bag...I just know that they are the same flat heads, but longer in length. Hope this all makes sense. Thanks for the help guys.

I also had 8 longer screws in the bags but used them. I presume it may be a slight change to the kit which the manual has left behind.
They will keep the arms more secure anyway

the Nitro bumper setup fits nice and tight in the mazda and the alfa bodies, keeps front end from cracking

Just wanted to let everyone know that the TC4 option parts are starting to roll in. We already have some caster blocks and the rear toe-in blocks. We are expecting the graphite conversion kits by the end of this week.

Do I really have to buy an aluminum rear toe block in order to get down to 2 degrees of rear toe in? I dislike having to "upgrade" to a "team" part in order to try a different setting on the car.
Didn't someone here try to use on of the other arm mounts (square, triangle, or circle?) to get closer to 2 degrees rear toe? If so, can they share the details?

I swapped the the 2 arm blocks to reduce rear toe and it works great! You will have to dremel a little off the front diff case and/or front toe block to make it fit, but it is possible. I will be putting it back to stock and using the aluminum blocks this week when I get them.

I used a front inner arm mount on the rear inner position and also left the 3 degree rear block on, this gives you near 0 degrees toe in. Thats how I run my TC3 as well.
