The first car I ever raced was a TC3. I raced it since the day it came out to about 2 months ago. I have never once experienced torqure steer. I ran both mod and stock with the car on a carpet track with foams. With a properly set up car you show have very little to NO torque steer. Try setting up the car again and make sure the chassis is not tweaked.

Try loosening your diffs a little, & make sure your chassis tweak is even. leaning to one side or the other will cause torque steer effect.

TC4 arrived today, but still waiting for all the graphite goodies.

Still, the old faithful is still winning races so perhaps it can do a few more before finally retiring gracefully to the showcase as the most successful touring car on the island.

I had a TC3 and never had torque steer on a carpet because of the huge amount of traction. When I ran asphalt, diff. story. The slicker it was the worse it became.
What happened to the Factory guys at the Worlds? Well least there's one in the main.
T.Q. by a belt car!?

Desrosiers: Call me Monday to remind me and I'll make sure you get all the 'goods'....

JDM_DOHC_SiR: We have the fan units in....the plastic is on the way. Shouldn't be too long now.

dasupacat: Umm, ya. Not doing so well at the Worlds. Not sure what the problem is...only thing I can think of is that almost all the US drivers practiced with the Mazda 6 body....then to find out it isn't legal. Might have thrown a monkey-wrench in things....

Default A poll...

How many people with the TC4 have slop in their rear hubs? Any fixes for this problem? I checked the hinge pins and they are fine.
