tony,
the motor cam actually butts the pocket in the carbon fiber chassis on the bottom and the motor can also supports the cam and eliminates any problems.in order for the cam to fall out it would need to break the chassis and motor can.on a different note,i do like the new mount better.the clamping is more positive and there is less of a chance for gear mesh problems in an impact.i went the same route with my tc3 kit but on my tc4 kit i kept the cam due to popular demand.

I noticed on my TC4 (all graphite parts) that the shock towers seem to flex a lot, what towers are you guys using? Also I run carpet foams, what is everyones opinion on the graphite tub as opposed to a double decker chassis like BMI, or the new factory team one? Newby to the TC4, so any advice with be appreciated. Thanks

That is great news Jason!

I just finished my conversion last night and will be racing the car this sunday. Please keep us informed on the availibility of the new parts you'll be coming out with!

Default I know 2.7mm CF shock towers like the 3racing flex....

more than the carbon molded ones. With the body posts mounted on the tower they flex even more. I even think a 3mm tower would still flex. Jason I hope you make them 4mm or use that stong CF you made. But, I would like it in titanium. Even the new TF TC4's shock towers still look thin.

Default Jason, here's what I'm talking about....

as a spacer. It would need to be taller and forward a 1-2mm so that there would be clearance for the upper deck counter sunk screw.

Default Here are some pics of my car.

JRX-S shocks are great if you want smooth easy building ones.
