I'm sure they will...We'll beat you with whatever tires you want? I don't think anyone will object to you practicing "safe racing."

Bring it...

Is there any reason why a track wouldn't let you run rubber? is it harder on the carpet or something?

if everyone ran rubber tires-yes it will. I have heard about Carpet Nationals on new Ozite that were run on rubber tires and there were holes at the end of the weekend (Grabted-probably over 200 touring cars running all week long). The tires roll the carpet fibers up in the corners till they cause holes. But-many tracks change layouts all the time-so its really not as bad of an issue.

OK....so if Foams last as long..and give better traction...and are better for the carpet....why do some tracks still cling to rubber?

lol....yeah I know...rubber is more realistic for our electric driven, 4WD mid-size sedans rolling on 24" wheels lol...

I have no problem with runing rubber..but for the price of Ozite....I can't see running anything that would harm it...that's why so many tracks are restricting compounds now...and the obvious fume-factor

oh oh guys... ---bring it back to TC4---we've lost the rover in topics! hahaha I forgot for a sec what forums I was in!

Silly question, does anyone make a bigger front bumper for the Tc4. I used to like BRP's wide front for the TC3...

not that I tap corners.. im sure its listed in this thread somewhere. Friday morning rain prohibits me from being resourceful and hitting "search". LOL

javen is correct, the rpm bumper works great. i broke three stock ntc3 bumpers until i installed the rpm unit, i have not broken it yet. and i hit a lot of stuff. i keep manufacturers in business with replacement parts. except for the bumper. lolololo

Default hardwiring batts

its not exactly tc4 related but never mind.

how many of you hardwire your batts? currently i use corally connectors but i was just wondering if there is any actual advantage in hardwiring the batts (i know there is less resistance)

is it worth hardwiring them?
