No AE drivers use the Carbon center shaft anymore. It has a resonance frequency problem at high RPM. Its most noticeable in Mod. If your car is going really fast you will hear a nasty buzzing sound come out of the car. You would swear it was about to blow apart. All the factory driver use the alloy shaft now.

This can happen to belt cars too if a long loose belt is allowed to flap out of control. It used to happen to the Tam 414, the old Xpress and the Corally C4. It doesn't happen on newer belt cars because we know how to prevent it.

What is the reason? The resonating? What about the Wheel hexes. Are they using the aluminum or graphite ones?

technically speaking in terms of weight between aluminum alloy and the carbon fibre shaft how big was the difference?.

If you have both of them you can tell by holding the end of one in one hand and one in the other hand and bounce them up and down. You will feel a huge difference. Not very scientific but works.
