Standard is 2 gears, and im sure he used 2 gears.

He tested already with 2 and 4 gears and with plastic gears, too.

4 gears was more stable on the limit, but not rly faster ... Im sure he used 2 default gears, but i'm tomorrow on marc's home so i ask him about that and write then an 100% answer about that through my mobile phone

Hello #iZzy,

Thanks for your answer.
Also can you ask Marc if he uses full steering throw? Actually I guess he's using the std front CVD and I'm wondering which steering angle did he uses?

Thanks a lot,
Hugo

Yeah thats what I saw too... You have to be careful with the editable setup sheet because it dosen't display the.number properly when you use decimals like "1.5". I wish Serpent or someone else who is.handy with writing pdf's could make a better version that shows this properly and is smaller in size when saved (so we can post setups here where most ppl look).

Hi !

he is using EVERYTIME full steering throw, he "controls" his need of steering only with his fingers.

his victory car have prototype double-joint CVDs, BUT he used one day ago on all his cars standard CVDs with no problems and even with full steering throw. The lap times was the same and car feels great!

btw:
about the suspension mount issue ... he used 1,5° mounts in the front, but only because he don't like the car handling with angled wishbones, doesn't matter which car he drive. This is a personaly decision, a lot of our teamdrivers still using 1° and 2° or sometimes 1° and 3°. Veronesi, finished 8th on the Nationals still using 1° and 2° - for him it was the best choice

the double jointed CVD do they use some sought of retainer to secure the pin and stop it form backing out, my front CVDs always work the pin out one side more than the other. anyone else experiance the same problem ?
