Where can I get longer body posts?
Does anyone know if there are longer body posts available for the S411 ERYX? The ones that came with the kit are too short and the HPI 1966 Ford Mustang GT body I'm trying to mount on my car for VTA sits too low.
I also have a problem with installing a servo saver for a Savox SC-1251MG that won't hit the servo mounting bracket when trying to install it. It seems like when the servo is mounted it sits too far back and if I install the servo saver there's not room for it to move left or right. I'm not sure if I'm explaining this right but hopefully you guys will understand what I mean. So what is everyone using for a servo saver?

I use a xray servo saver.
I remember I had to trim it a little so that I could get it to fit, but it works good.

I use a 1mm shim between the servosaver and servo, and with a little bit of trimming on the sides of the servo saver it allows the servo to move freely.
Are you using the right servo saver insert that matches the number of teeth on the servo ?

Took the s411 te out on the carpet for the first time this past Sunday, car felt good, thanks to Johnny Wishbone for sending me his setup a while back, was a good starting point. Now just have to work out the final little kinks and practice a bit more and should be good to go for this winters race season.

Hey guy's..Got my savox 1252 servo installed with the X-Ray servo saver. Problem i ran into was that the servo saver was rubbing the surface of the s411TE chassis. So i got some 2mm washers to raise the servo posts to clear the bottom chassis. Would raising the servo a little cause any flex or other issues with handling?
I thought about trimming the bottom of the servo saver arm, but it was still going to rub.. What did you guy's do to solve this issue?
thanks,

When I was running the Xray servosaver on the TE servo mount I took my dremmel and did a modification in the "extension plate" under the servosaver. You needed maybe one or two mm dremmeled out.

I went to look in my boxes to find the dremelled plate to take a photo. I guess it went with one of the cars that I have sold. I took a one of the tools in the box that are 3 mm wide and put a pencil mark in the plate and dremelled a 4mm wide and 2 mm deep concave mark in the plate. I did not need to raise the servo mount in the way you have done.
