Dont buy those Jaad diff covers, they are stickers, you might as well get a circle cutter and some masking tape.

The inside diameter is 13mm the outside is a litle bit more than 30mm, and plastic must be arrond 0,1mm (it will be 1':254 in the imperial sistem)
The result wil be better if you can cut the plastic circles whith acurancy and if this are concentrical
The picture shows how i made it, for the 13mm hole i use a toll for cutting leather

I use Team Tamale's motor fan clamp. You can mount 3 fans and its not hanging out there waiting to get smashed. www.teamtamale.com

Does the plastic fit under the diff ring or is the inner dia. jsut a hair bigger than the largest diameter of the diff outdrive? Cool idea!

the plastic fits betwen de outdrive and the diff ring(original)... the 13mm hole is the mesure there fit in,13mm about 1'/2

what material did you find that was .1 mm thick? Any chance you'll make and ship a set of four of them to me???
