I think I finally got the RDX shocks figured out. It seems very crucial that you don't get oil on the outside of the diaphragm, or in the cap of the shock. Using new diaphragms that aren't all swollen made it a lot easier too.

Oh, I didnt see the part listed on Corally USA. Is it available from Corally USA? Part # 79359B right? I dont need anything else for center steering? Any online stores have it?

Also, I presume it doesnt work with the 4mm chassis?

They are regular MIP cvd's, so the pin is the same as on any other car that uses them.

It has not been put into the system yet. They arrived as we left for Vegas.

You also need 38mm turnbuckles. The part number is 79273. The retail on the topdeck is $35.00.

You need longer turnbuckles. And if you have a regular servo it might stick out a little bit.

Default Question???

I notice when using Jaco Foam Tires the front tire rubs the shock which also limits the amount of steering travel. What have you done to fix this? I'm thinking about just adding spacers to space the wheel out more until the track is 190mm. Any ideas, suggestions???

2 toe shims under each pin holder in the front. Also, how much dual rate do you have? You don't need alot, try turning it down some, so that you can make the tightest corner on the track.

To add to Jimbo-wide hexes are standard when running Jacos. YOu should always run the RDX 190mm with foams is my experience so shim the arm mounts out as much as it takes to hit 190mm. The cars more stable and carries more corner speed the wider you make it. a 4 to 5' circle is all you should need. If your running smaller than that-then you might want to think about some set-up changes to gain steering back.
