I got a second RDX this week and am having some problems with the new kit. The hexes dont fit on the axles (and as a result I stripped the threads on 3 of them). Anyone else had this problem? I measured the axle diameter at 4.95mm and the hex at 5.05 to 5.1mm. The hex wont hold tight against the axle. Am I doing something wrong? If not will Corally replace the broken hexes and whichever part is out of spec?

Largest Spur Gear
What's the largest 64 pitch spur gear that will fit in the RDX?

The biggest limiting factor is if you want to run a sway bar. Then you are limited to about a 105.

RDX CF6 Wishbone Rear 35 (4 pc.) PART NO. 790704

The rear hubs are a snug fit on the arms and will require a little work to free them up. We simply did not want to delay them any longer and will continue to improve them in future batches.

I realized I have a bent front bulkhead last night while breaking my car down to clean it up. My first clue was the seized diff outdrive bearing. The second clue was the bearing insert was difficult to press in. As I got to investigating though I am now not sure if the other BH's are bent or not. The original BH I found was a no brainer. Practically a rocking horse on my pit board. The other 3 exhibit lesser degrees of non-planar qualities. I guess I'll just let the others slide although I wish I new how flat they are when new. Aside from laying them on a pit board are there any other methods of determining if the BH's are bent? Anyone have a spare front BH they can spare for a price? Oh and my chassis has a bit of a bow to it front to back. At least now I have an excuse to cover my poor driving.
