I have in one month time a important competition (against Hupo Hönigl, T. Pumpler, M. Hudy, Pinnisch and a lot more - Austrian Championship) and I am trying to get the best options for a high speed , good grip big asphalt track on control tires (C22 with most using Orion yellow or Echo pink)
If you can give a tip for the oil (like 50w front and 30w - Asso rear, it is also mostly wellcome
cheers

This being said, you mentioned using CS27 and they're certainly not helping you. Depends on your application (with controlled tyres or not and how many runs a set you want), you might want to switch to either CS22s (NOT the new preglued, better nothing than that, but if not preglued and low amount of runs, they're still the best and will provide plenty of steering, use hara greys or echo yellow inserts in them), RPs (24s or 30s depending on how many runs you want and how much steering you want, 24s more steering) or Sorex 32s (less steering than RP24s, dunno compared to RP30s, a lot more runs than RP24s or CS22s).

What style motors are you running??
Sounds right for a C2 and a monster.

For asphalt I generally run 40wt oil all around. It makes it have more mid-exit steering. Your track is probably bigger than mine though, but try it and see how you like it.

For you guys running the offset bulkhead, do you find that you need to put less weight on the right side of the car to balance the chassis? I'm sticking to my guns on running brushless, but that thing hangs SO much weight off the left side, I can't get the chassis to balance.
I just kind of assumed I'd need less weight on the right, but since I already ordered it, I hope that was a correct assumption.

Syndrome.... moving the motor in some will make alittle difference..how much i am not sure.....most likely it will make more difference on tight technical tracks as opposed to wide open ones...
