as far as grease goes I use Team Nexus diff lube on the diff balls and there black grease on the thrust bearing...
Most people use the AE stuff that I have seen. Plus I have heard that the Xray stuff is real nice as well.
Here is the link to the greases I use..

Personally, I like the Associated for all lubes and oils (Stealth Diff Lube, Black Greese, Green Slime, Shock oil). Their stuff is alays the same consistancy and it has never let me down in all the years I've been in this hobby.

I have been using IRS diff lube for all my ball diffs (on and off road) for about 6 years without a problem plus it comes in a nice syringe.
Can anyone tell me, or post a pic, where to mount the house transponder holder on the chassis? I have my personal mounted but their are still a few tracks that I can't use a PT at.

i use the stock diff lube, it does feel sticky but run the car a few times, it frees up nicely and i havent rebuilt my diff in over 6 months and it still feels smooth and btw, i only use steel balls and the stock thrust and yes i race atleast every 2 weeks, sometimes i race twice in 1 day (at 2 different tracks)

yeah but what class your running Stock,19T,Mod???
because mod will be a lot harder on the diff than if you race stock!!!
Later!!

i race stock and 19, but i know a few mod racers that get 4 months out of their diffs and they run their car every week

are you sanding ur diff rings? i sand them with 200, then 400, then 600 and then i clean them and build the diff, the diff is super smooth and as long as u dont let it slip it will last u a long time.
