When is Tamiya going to make new Bodies for the M06?
M06 must be the Redheaded step child of Tamiya family!

Most everything of value I've learned was/is from old cotton-tops - greybeards we call them. Never poke a sleeping greybeard.

/dev/null?

The null device is typically used for disposing of unwanted output streams of a process, or as a convenient empty file for input streams. This is usually done by redirection.

The /dev/null device is a special file, not a directory, so one cannot move a whole directory into it with the Unix mv command. The rm command is the proper way to delete files in Unix.

This concept is roughly equivalent to the NUL: or just NUL device of CP/M, DOS and Windows, the \Device\Null of Windows NT and its successors, the NIL: of Amiga operating systems, and the NL: of OpenVMS. In Windows Powershell, the equivalent is $null.

If I've offended in anyway, that was not my intent. I have a way of complementing that might appear as insults - they surly are not.

Are you looking for bodies specifically by Tamiya or just options. Presently you can use any of these:

For those of us in the US. the M06R is officially discontinued. Tamiya USA exhausted their inventory and has decided to not re-order the kit.

I inquired if there will be another "hop'd up kit" coming. Haven't heard back yet.

I wouldn't mind a "modernized" version of the M-05 that would allow square packs. Mini's, in all their different iterations, are fun to drive.

Hi,the body is actually quite old and the old Carson body, which is very much related to Tamiya here in Germany. So itīs almost Tamiya.
But itīs cool, that itīs still in production. Iīve still to paint one for my old retired Race-M04L...

I got yesterday my M06R kit, just had to get it for the special parts!
I will swap them on my M06 Pro next week, and do a comparison to my actual setup. I plan to race 2 heats with the M06R setup and compare the times to my actual setup from 2 other heats.
Iīm really curious on the outcome of this. Will not change tires or other stuff, to get a reasonable comparison...

@ Matthias: same here i just upgraded my M-06 Pro with the optional R Parts *lol* but it seems that it was worth that upgrade , because the car was really good during my lasr race...

I also just rebuilt my spare M06 Pro last night with the "R" brass weight and lower link. I built it with 1 degree toe in on rear and 2 degree in spare box. My next race is in two weeks, so will have to see how it performs.

With the added rear weight / traction, I wonder of i will have to soften the front to add steering.
