Not sure if they are a new part, but a valuable tuning option.
They are new. They are designed for the M05RA. If you take a closer look you'll notice that at the top of the hub carrier; there are two camber link holes. You can change your roll center with the added hole.

Actually those are not new. Those are for the M03. However you can use them.

The new ones have 2 holes up top and on the bottom which enable them to be used on the RA. The newer ones come in 1º and 2º toe in.

These are blue

Thanks for the answers guys. So if I use a set of #42102 touring car shocks then I can just put them on? I have the carbon front shock mount for TRF dampers too by the way.

Well I got my M06R to the track last night.
TQ'd and won!

Not sure how much it counts though.
There's a BRL race this weekend, so they had the oval setup on the carpet.
It was kind of fun to just run flat out and steer.

Thanks!
Right now it's just the kit setup.
I didn't adjust anything. It's even the kit oil in the shocks.
I was running S grips all around.

It was fine, but like I said we were running oval last night.
The true test comes next week when we're back on the road course.

WE are ignorant, and intolerant. If you're not convinced about that, wait one more generation... who do you think is doing all the pro-creation these days??

Opps, sorry, must have misplaced that last comment...
But as long as we're here, please fill-in an old cotton-top on /dev/null.
