I do not know a company doing this in Alu, sorry.
I know, Eagle Racing makes this part for their Carbon chassis of the M06 in Aluminum, but design is a bit different. You cannot simply exchange it.
I never broke this part so far, only a knuckle or the upright on the outside.
But I still run the original nylon 2 pcs. wishbones. Do you use single pcs. maybe from M05 Pro V2?
I could imagine, that thes would stress this part more than the weaker old wishbones maybe...
And loving your new bodie, excellent work again and love to details like the additional badges on the front! True "Alfisti" style!

Spent a lot of time with springs/shocks. Neon softs to the ultra hard purple. Lap times where practically the same. Tires and traction compound made the noticeable difference for me.
I love the M06. Problem is Tamiya Regional racing in Asia mandates M-Grip tires front/rear. Toink.

In the beginning I also experimented with many spring types, but after adapting my Pro kit to "R" spec I found always the black springs (yellow rear and red front) the best combo, also the 1,3mm 3 hole pistons in the rear.
This setup works always very good, if the tire choice is o.k.!
By the way, is M-Grip mandatory for M05, too?
In Germany, tire choice is limited to the spec slick tyre, also not best choice for M06 in my eyes. But the only focus on the FWD cars, I´ve the feeling.
That´s why I do not drive Euro-Cup series. (at least one of the reasons).

I do suspect that it is due to the single piece V2 arms. I'm sending this plate to a friend of mine who is a machinist. He is going to 3D it and make me one in 6061 Alu since its heavier than 7075. I'm going to use the 3D to put it on shape ways for others that want to order it

Hi Matthias,
Yes the M-grip tires are handout for both M05/M06. No choice but to go with M05. In the end I also settled for soft red front and soft yellow rear

I was testing 33/30 on Wednesday when the same guy hit me from behind with his TC. Both times I pulled to the side and he still hit me. In fact he even hit me the prior week. Really made me mad since the body is so fresh. The next lap I pulled aside to let another TC pass and broke that piece. So I made no progress with the car last week
I fully understand your worries! The TC guy should have all possibilities to pass you without hitting, if he could drive.
Sometimes its better to say nothing and just make your own mind!
Too bad, that training is quickly over when such a part breaks. I also have none in stock, as I never had a damage on this before...

My carpet set up for tonight was
Front 60 wt with Red (soft) springs, Shimizu Racing 33 with sweep hard insert
Rear 60 wt with Blue (firm) springs, Shimizu Racing 30 with sweep hard insert
Camber front -1 º
Rear -1.5 º
Toe -1 º
Battery - Short LiPo all the way forward.
Sauce - SXT 3.0, full on rear and half on front
There was no race so I basically practiced. I started out with -1º camber all around with 0º toe out. Car was very consistent and appeared that it could easily carry more speed through the turns. So I moved the timing on my motor past the 45º mark and the lap times dropped from 18s to 17s. I next changed the camber and was able to get even lower in the 17s. But was not able to break 17. I next tried a different set of front shocks that had 0,5mm less length than the kit set up (less droop) and that appeared to do the trick.
My best lap time was 16.9 and I was able to hold the throttle at full going from back straight, into sweeper and horse shoe. At each corner entry I would let off the throttle, turn the wheel and get right back on it. Car remained planted throughout the turn.
I also tested the car with a full length LiPo. The weight of the larger battery made the car more edgy and less tossable. I was able to eek out the same 16.9 but found it a bit more difficult.
I also had the top driver / sponsored driver at the track to give my car a go and he was not able to break 16.9 himself. I asked him what he would change, he said.. nothing.. the car is dialed in.. keep doing what you are doing.
He was blown away with the car and the corner entry speed.
