We're not alone mate. Even AE kits are now made in China ;)

I'm in the USA. Associated are headquartered in CA but made in China. Is this helping with your comprehension?

Drop the attitude pal, I got your drift. Your argument was ridiculous either way.

Yes you are right, my bad. The word closer is synonymous with Australia.

Either way hope the guy with the bad part gets his replacement fast. Great car and I'd be bummed if my kit wasn't 100% right out of the box.

Guys, just wondering is there in TC6.1 version the problem of arm mounts solved? Or not really? Have seen AE have changed it but not sure if that new one works properly...?

I'm interested to hear this as well. Would be a nice cheap upgrade to my 6.0 if these things work better.

I think the answer is 'sort of'.

If you're happy to run the kit settings with no spacers then it will be fine and the mounts won't rotate.

If you want to adjust toe or track width, then the same problems as before will still exist (arm mount rotation). I'm still amazed no one has made some large carbon or alloy spacers to solve this problem. I run home-made carbon fibre ones and they work a treat (much bigger surface area than an alloy washer so more friction and no rotation).

Don't have these myself, but I've heard others say they work pretty good!
