Tc6 thread guys. Please stop being 'tools'...

You ae corrcect it is a TC6 thread. Last I checked, TC6 is made by Associated. Someone has concerns about Associateds support. In his opinion, AE support is not good. So he may not buy a TC6, probably because there will be no setups on the AE website to set the TC6 up for rally racing. If no one responded to his post, perhaps some people would listen to him, and not buy the TC6 because they think the support is bunk. Now that the whole story has been told, we can all see he has a silly reason for beleiving AE doesnt support their products. So perhaps some faith in AE has been restored and maybe the pre orders for the TC6 will go up. Oh yeah, and let me add, TC6, TC6, TC6. There you happy now... ...tool.

I'm thinking of picking one up, how about some info from the race.

Setups should be added to the AE website soon.

I was really impressed by my car. I didnt have a chance to run it at all on carpet before the race as the indoor tracks around here were not open yet. However, the car worked good from the first practice and we managed to place three of them in the final.

Juho - Did you guys have bolt-in weights available to use yet? Rick mentioned that was going to be an available option for the car.

Juho,

Will you be posting your TC6 setups from the ROAR nationals?

Bob had some on his car. They will be an optional part I think.

I'll try to get the setups from the nats, euros and iic posted to the ae site.

Thanks Juho,

One other question - have you heard if they're including a spool AND front diff for the car? I'll be running it on carpet with foam tires, so I expect I'll need a front diff.

It comes with two diffs and parts to change the other diff into a spool.

Bob Stellflue was running his TC6 at West Coast R/C tonight and it was smoking fast. His driving is awesome, but the car looked like it was on rails out there (17.5 with timing boost). Nice guy too, helped me with the setup on my car a lot and I don't even run an Associated TC (although I probably will be, when I get better at driving these things). Nice looking chassis, made my Tamiya feel a little substandard :)
