Today I finished assembling my chassis tc6. basically I had problems with long links. Here we were with tire rubber in asphalt for high adhesion.

top sercet light weight hollow c hub, lol

I was driving my TC6 at the track last night. When replacing a broken c hub I found there are two big empty holes inside the plastic where the c hub snap...... I mean these thing do break but I don't expect to see some holes inside the plastic..... Don't get me wrong as I still love my TC6 but I am not sure what AE is doing........

The stock turnbuckles are meant to use on the 7 camber link position, to use the other positions i think you have to buy these ones FT Blue Titanium Turnbuckles, 1.375"/35mm

Hope this helps.

Any updates on an associated gear diff.

RC-ProSpeed 03-10-2011 05:51 AM

Does associated makes a Front Solid Axel for the TC6? if not, any other brand that will fit in?

Thanks!

doesn't it already have a spool?

I wouldn't know, I don't have a car yet

It comes with a slipper spool.
Who wants a solid axle (that kills the blades if you crash) can get it from Litemodz for example.

+1, sup brandon? greetz from lexington.

Ran a regular spool on my tc5, even if I just barely tap I broke a blade, then when you realize you broke one and pull your car off the track you usually tore up an outdrive to.

Hope I wont crash that much!:D I never use a slipper spool before... does it come loose after a while??
Thanks for the info on the Litemodz, I found that it is designed to not use the plastic blades, so the problem of the broken blades is a no worry... the questions is who sells them in the USA?

The TC6 spool doesn't come lose if you build as per the instructions. The slipper spool is an absolute stroke of genius from Associated, it's one of those little things that makes a huge difference.

heh ;)

I found next bug ;)

part 31214 it is Caster Block Bushing

one has 4.49mm diameter and 3x has 4.41mm ;)

so I found slop at front ;)

4.49mm is tight, and fit caster block nice :) 4.41 has slop :(
