Rules should have been written with authority and none of this would have happened. "Scale liveries encouraged" "Fwd should use car bodies". Vague statements are not hard, fast rules.

Make 2020 the rewrite year. It's been a good run but it gives you 6months for everyone to be ready. Lemans goes to supercar bodies for 2020 in real racing, why not make the same rulechange and lock the scale bodies down. Supercars can make their own class. With a lot of clubs dropping out of "so called" stock racing and moving to Can-am solutions, now is the time to redefine USGT. My suggestion is get rid of the term USGT and replace it with LeMans GT. Any body that races Lemans in the GT class in real life is eligible for this class with a few other scale bodies added for extra options but must be scale. Easy, Done!

Might as well movie it to a $50 spec motor while we are at it. They have enough of your money as it is.

Following the rules isn't up to the folks who make the rules. Following the rules is up to RACERS and RACE DIRECTORS not tolerating that garbage. Take up the reins locally and you will see change nationally.

Got tired of the pending conflicts, changes, and arguments that are beginning to crop up in the USGT class.

We now run a NASTRUCK body on the USGT platform: 21.5T motor, Blinky esc, and any tire and wheel. Most guys still run the RC Gravity tires with spoked wheels, and some run TC tires and solid wheels.

Have not seen any problems yet as you can run a Ford, Chevy, Dodge or Toyota truck body. No problem.

OMFG, what is the problem here? It seem pretty simple, USGT has a set of rules to cover every aspect of the cars....either follow the rules or take up bowling....DAMN!

Never have I seen a bunch of grown men acting like whiney little bitches! Don't like the rules?... lobby for changes in PM messages to the powers that be, not here!
