I guess there is NO option , We need a Minimum wing weight Rule !

The bumper foam is 1.2grams dry, but can weigh alot more with a few tricks...Is it legal to add this bumper foam to another body that did not come with one ???

Bert the rules say the body needs to weigh 95 grams... what's the rocket science about?

Rules did not say 'foam included'...Maybe the rules need a little overhaul and more specificity...
