what’s wrong with the wing?

Plastic molded wings like the Hpi wings can any size. Lexan wings including side dams that come with those wings must be 10mm high. Although the side wings look cool and realistic. Per roar rules they need to be cut down.

USGT is not a ROAR class! It falls under the organization that started USVTA.

But you are correct about the size of the side damns.

I know ROAR says so but like you said this class is not a ROAR class per se'. If realism is the goal I would think that having a 10mm side dam limitation is defeating the goal, a limit of 20mm would be a far better option to retain the realism factor....just my .02.

There are many people who will buy this body and never put it on a race track.

Why is it in the roar rules?

Same here. Got email at 10 am and already sold. I'm on the east coast so maybe the west got it first.

poor WiFi was probably my reason. Unless I check my email when at work, notification rarely show on my phone. It shows on my phone at 9:06 Chicago time. I didn’t see it till close to 11:30am. I had feeling it was coming today. Just got busy and forgot to check. Another weeks or so won’t be too bad.

I agree. That's why I got two of them. One that I will make an exact replica of the GTLM and one I will use to race.

After reviewing the latest ROAR rule book available http://www.roarracing.com/downloads/..._Rule_Book.pdf online, there is no USGT or 4wd GT style class even listed. If you have information to the contrary, could you please provide it to show that it is a ROAR class. And what ROAR does have for VTA was plagiarized almost verbatim from the USVTA rules.

What I know to be the USGT class rules are listed here
