I always enjoy seeing your paint work. As a body manufacturer, any time Indy Hobbies paints one of our bodies, it's a real compliment. When it's your personal body, that's icing on the cake!!!!

Thanks Gary. You have to take credit too. You are one of us. I think we all really appreciate your level of interest and the fact that you come out with cool & unique bodies.

I know we've had a few nights at Indy RC where we had all McAllister heats. Every car was inside one of your creations. Wasn't anything we planned, it just happened!

From what I understand, Vaterra/Horizon has bought exclusive rights to the C7 in 1/10 scale. However, you know how the rumor mill goes.

I can't remember where it was, but Mr. Epp said that the exclusive rights run out this year, I believe it was. He said they had all the measurements already and were just awaiting approval to start production.

Cool!

The Riley feels pretty good everywhere. The Caddy feels just plain awesome on the ashpalt, going to give it a go on some high bite carpet this weekend.

ThrottleKing;

Nice paint and preparation on that Caddy! When anyone post pics like that one, it makes me feel fortunate and blessed to be able to do this stuff for a living. Thanks for posting!!

Regarding the C7-R: yes, someone does have an exclusive on all versions of the C7 in 1/10th scale. (unless you live in Arizona) I'm hoping to do the race version in 2016 C7-R once I'm 100% sure of it's appearance and configuration. If I were GM I'd be doing something a bit more radical for next year. With Ford running the new Ford GT in the same class next year, I'm thinkin' that they will have their work cut out for them - BIG TIME! It might take drastic measures to run with that Ganassi Ford GT. It will be interesting without a doubt. :nod:

Hi Kevin;
I'm fortunate enough to live only a 1.5 hour drive from Multimatic in Toronto. I'm heading up there very soon to become "up close & personal" with the new Ford GT race car. (sketch pad, tape measure & camera in hand) I've never been much of a Ford fan - but regardless - I can't wait! :sneaky:

If that's wide enough, might be a good body for BRCA GT10 as well! (British version of WGT) ;)

Still hoping for a "new Mulsanne", but I think a Ford GT race car body might be popular too...

Erik:
Take off eh! That would be great! We could have some back-bacon with a few cold ones - and then go to Timmy's Donuts for desert. (french crullers) I'll take you up on that offer. THANKS!

There's a Timmy's practically across the street from there!

And you need to add some poutine to have a proper Canadian experience!
