great thanks!. so the only diff with the other pack is that they are titanium?
I have a pair of extra .32 bodies i would sell. pm me.
anyway, what cvd bones do you guys reccommend? i have a bent one and most of mine are worn out....
btw, finished the G+ coversion today. used all alum screws except for pivot block-diff case screws and bottom cover(couldnt find 2-56x1/4 in anything but steel). the new graphite chassis is great.

the graphite conversion give you alot more options, looking back i should have bought the G+ instead of the rtr, but no biggie, i learned alot from the rtr

just a bad picture....
i noticed that this chassis fits my 2400s alot better than the stock chassis, but won't take the 2000s without alot of pressure on the battery strap. am i imagining this?

This reduces the amount of "unspring weight" on the car which helps the suspension react quicker to being loaded/unloaded.
More better!
Both will add a slight amount of width to your car. A good thing!
To make sure that the axle nut can be properly secured, make sure that you switch from regular depth locknuts to low profile locknuts. That way, you get the threads of the stub axle into the nylon of the locknut. Low profile locknuts are also lighter than the regular ones which helps make up for the extra weight of the thicker hexnuts.

I would run some kind of clamping alum or alum hubs with oring and pin device. The weight isn't noticable. Besides, if it were I would think it would give you more cornerspeed. The alum ones would rule out the possibility of ever "spinning" the hex hubs and will be a better fit (no wear).
i run the ae clamping hexs and i find the they work a lil better with foams due to the fact if the foam tire gets stuck on the hex the hex wount go with it... just my two cents

I never got any sleep from the night before. I've been up like I was at the snowbirds. I guess I'll see you at practice in about a hour. I gotta run at a real track after yesterday.....and I'm not LOL

Nice to see all you Valley guys at Round #2 of the NorCal Touring Car Chanpionships on what was a decidedly "interesting" track.
Today, we Bay Area diehards had a super race day running with RCCAR at Speedring. Sorry, you all didn't have the opportunity to stick around for a race on what was a great track layout...And I didn't even finish in the top three!
You guys have been a great help for many of us when we get up to Speedworld and Stockton; so, we certainly want of reciprocate.
Anytime you want a critique on a Bay Area race venue, please feel free to ask us'ins locals.
But, please don't "pose" for any pictures!!! He, he...
