We should have our restock of the screw kits in sometime today. They are listed on our website under Screw Kits.

Also, our stainless steel kits should be back in stock soon. We will have kits for as many cars as possible.

The G+ uses a metal sheilded bearing kit. You can purchase it from www.acerracing.com or get the teflon.. it's your choice. Either will do you well.

I bought the Acer Teflon bearings for my TC3 for $29 and they are great. My car has never been so smooth.

Default Stock Threaded Shock collars

Hi,
I've build a shocks for G+ last night and all of my threaded shock collars(black plastic) are very very tight, I have to use a wrench to screw it down to adjust a height of my car.
Is this normal? or defect? How about changing it to a aluminum ones, will I be able to twist with my hands?
Any help will be appliciated.
Thanks,
KK

Every one I've had has been tight, even the offroad ones. You can try a drop of oil and work it a lot to free it up, or you can get some of the red or blue trinity collars. I put some of those on and its no problem to screw it down as far as you want to go.

Default PRP towers

Proudwinner, the middle row of holes in the rear tower and the bottom row of holes in the front tower are stock lcoations. We're running a pre order special right now, the site says it ends the 28th of January, but we'll extend it to Feb 1st, (this Saturday). The towers will be back in stock and shipping this week.

Thanks much,
Ben, Team PRP

DavidAlford -

Thanks again for the info on the spool... I completely agree with you on the handling changes. The car was great on the infield (but quite touchy) , the straight, however, was another story entirely... The car wanted to wander waaaaay too much!!!

The spool is like a one way but like a diff.....

you have brakes and more on power sterring and lose a like coner speed on some high bite tracks and exit sterring.
