The Yokomo springs were .1 slower than HPI, but made the car easier to drive so i think thats why they worked well with the older tyres. Id share my setup if there was an editable setup sheet for this damn car!

Cheers,

Antoni

Hi

Looking at getting back into RC racing.

I am very impressed with the look of the TCX so looking at getting one as soon as her in doors allows.

I am in the UK but will order from anywhere.

Where & best what price.

Cheers

Marc

Default Ackerman

Noticed allot of ppl are using 3mm & 2mm Ackerman or even 0.75mm ackerman like the A Moore Setup for TITC.

I have found that I am not faster or slower..with more ackerman angle just can be more agressive going into the corner.. and car doesn't feel as smooth on sweepers..

Are there other things that ppl usually change when changing ackerman? such as toe out or camber? Trackwidth?

0.75 ackerman was with the new knuckles, so ackerman angle would be similar to kit id imagine

Since everyone has been sharing setups, here's the setup ive been using for the past 6 months Yes, the car is that good, i never have to change it

I have been playing with 1.5 Deg Blocks FF and FR, feels very direct, easy to drive! I think i will just have to test this at different tracks, but other than that, everything else always remains unchanged.

5000 Gear diff oil in Capricorn is equivalent to about 3000 in Spec-R.

If anybody has any questions, let me know

Ryan.
