Default parts

does anyone know where i can find 1.5deg, 2.0deg, 3hole shock pistons, and DCJs here in the US.

Also how are u guys installing the hudy ECS drive shafts, and which shafts r they; along with any other parts i might need?

And for the Spec R gear diff what else is needed to make this install work the right way? Any help or point in the right direction appreciated.

All of the US sources that I am aware of are sold out of the pivot blocks. But for shock pistons you can use TRF416. I have tried Schumacher pistons in a set of shocks and they seem to work. They are not ideal as the diameter is 0.1mm smaller than the HB piston.

Anyone running a 0 degree block? Wondering if anyones running kit ackerman of 4mm with it, turnbuckles are in a very aggresive ackerman position with it.

What about the driveshaft angle? Would that effect the car at all?

Thanks for anyones input.

I often use the 0 ° pivot, my impression is that the model is a little less reactive, but the curve runs more consistently.
With 4mm thick it has little ackerman.
Using 2 x 1.5 mm to keep centered the suspension arm and I have little driveshaft angle.

hey all...i'm debating about getting one of these and retiring my ol' black cyclone...

is there any real advantage - aside from the lipo config on the tcx - to the TCX if i have the exotek HBX chassis, 18T pulleys and pro-spec rear diff on my cyclone?

also, what are the 'must' have upgrades for the TCX? i'll probably just be running super stock with it

thanks!
