Originally posted by jeffreylin I suppose you meant the internal ratio. It is now 2.294 (or 39/17). |
Tamiya LIES
WFT, I go on the tamiya website and read THAT
Now we all know that Surikarn used the TRF415 with the Tb Evo 4 suspensions on it. They have no need to lie and say that he used the Evo 4. He didn't either use that bodyshell, he's supposed to have used a PF body or a ride body (can't remember which one it was but really it doesn't matter). What do you guys think of that ? PS : That bodyshell looks good though... I'm gona get one for sure ! |

Originally posted by alan1467 I aggree what you say but regarding the shell it only say "Introducing the Subaru Legacy B4 body as used by Surikarn during his win in the Reedy Touring Car Race." he may have only used it for one run or practice but not in the races to win the Reedy, as the say "DURING his win" |
Originally posted by jeffreylin i would know. i just did it. you do get better exchange rates paying by credit card but they charge you 12% using credit card so you still come up with a final exchange rate of less than 100. as for shipping cost, it depends on the shipper, but certainly more than 50. But the point is, it may list at Y28800 but it often is not cheaper to get from Japan. p.s. Add $40 to Ti screws. |
Hey Forty6, what's the email addy for price and shipping enquiries? Thanks.

http://www.rc-champ.co.jp/
you will probably have to use a translator, as i didnt see an english page. try www.altavista.com |
Originally posted by forty6 I finally got my email from rc-champ. They now use Paypal or bank transfer . They only charge Y1,902 for Paypal fee and Y4,700 for EMS shipping. With the kit the total comes to Y35,402 which is about ($325 US using Y109=$1). I'd say much better than eBay or anywhere else right now. p.s. Add $40 to Ti screws. |
Got it...thanks dude.
